Training Programs – Educating individuals and businesses on CNG technology.
Post-Conversion Maintenance – Regular servicing and system diagnostics.
Consultation & Advisory – Expert guidance on CNG adoption and fleet management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for any service.
Comply with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions regarding CNG use.
Ensure your vehicle or generator is suitable for CNG conversion before booking a service.
Adhere to our training and workshop policies when enrolling in a program.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service termination without a refund.

4. Payment Terms

Service Fees

• Customers must pay the full amount or agreed deposit before service initiation.
• Training fees must be paid in full before attending any session.
• Fleet conversions require a contract agreement specifying costs, timelines, and milestones.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• CNG Conversion Services: No refunds once conversion work has commenced.
• Training Programs: Refunds may be issued if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the training start date.
• Fleet Conversion Contracts: Refund policies are subject to specific contract agreements.

Moralsgad & Triune Ltd (MTL Auto Gas). reserves the right to refuse refunds for completed services unless a valid dispute is raised.

5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

CNG Conversion Warranty

• We provide a limited warranty on CNG conversion parts and installation for up to 6 months.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper CNG usage.
• Moralsgad & Triune Ltd (MTL Auto Gas). shall not be liable for financial losses arising from business disruptions, accidents, or regulatory changes.

Customers are advised to adhere to regular maintenance schedules and use only certified CNG refueling stations.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs:

Protection of payment details and customer records.
Use of cookies and tracking technologies on our website.

We do not share personal data with third parties without customer consent, except as required by law.

 There is any violation of company policies or Nigerian energy regulations.

Customers may also terminate services voluntarily by providing written notice.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In case of a dispute:
 Customers must first contact our support team at support@mtlautogas.com.
 If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration.
 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any legal claims must be filed within 12 months of the issue arising.

10. Amendments & Updates

Moralsgad & Triune Ltd (MTL Auto Gas). reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
